Orders

In order to order any items from us, certain information must be provided on the check-out page to complete the purchase.  It is your obligation to ensure that all of the information, data and other material you provide us in connection with the order is true, accurate, current and complete. 

 

Product Descriptions

Lileek Fashion uses reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale as accurately as possible.  If a product offered by Lileek Fashion is not as described, please contact us at your earliest opportunity at info@lileek.com and we will endeavor to find an acceptable solution. 

 

Product Availability

All offered products on the Lileek Fashion website are subject to availability. Lileek Fashion reserves the right to change the items offered at any time and without notice.  The website may contain information about the availability of products at the time of ordering, but the quantity of inventory actually available can change significantly and without notice. If a product is not available for shipping promptly after you place your order, you will be notified, and you may choose to order a different item that is then - currently available, to wait until the product is available (if it will be available again in a timely manner) or to cancel your order.  Lileek Fashion is not liable if products are not in stock or otherwise not available. 

 

Transactions and Payment

You agree to pay for your purchases, and you authorise us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (such as PayFast) for those purchases. Lileek Fashion works with third party payment processing partners (PayFast) to offer you the most convenient payment methods in order to keep your payment information secure. 

 

Cancellation and Order Modification

Lileek Fashion does not accept cancelled orders.  Once your order has been submitted, it is immediately sent to our Distribution Center to begin processing and expedite order delivery.  Since the order process moves quickly, we are unable to make any cancellations or changes to submitted orders.  Please review your order very carefully before submitting it. 

 

Returns and Exchanges

If any item in a customer's order is missing, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, Lileek Fashion will replace it with the same product that was originally purchased subject to the availability of the product. In the event that the exact product is no longer available an alternative arrangement will be made to suit the customer's needs. We accept returns up to 7 days after the date of delivery. 

 

Shipping

All orders are processed upon receipt at the Distribution Center. Shipments are processed and dispatched within 18 days of the order being placed and excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail or text message to the customer once the order is dispatched. Delivery times vary depending on the end location. Once the tracking number has been sent to the customer, the following delivery times apply:

Pretoria, Johannesburg: delivery between 2 - 3 days

Other major cities: delivery between 3 - 4 days

Outlying areas: delivery between 4 - 7 days

Shipments are delivered by the courier company, 'The Courier Guy'. Customers should use the provided tracking number to track their shipment at www.thecourierguy.co.za
